People from lower socio-economic backgrounds often face barriers which prevent them from entering the legal sector. We’re breaking down those barriers. This Open Day is about giving those from low-income backgrounds the confidence to consider a career with us. Like all our Open Days, it includes interactive workshops and practice group overviews, along with application tips and a chance to network with inspiring people at the Firm.

We’re committed to helping those with disabilities overcome the fears they may face when applying for graduate roles. We’ll give you handy application tips, there'll be a dedicated session on wellbeing, and just like at every other Open Day, you can take part in interactive workshops and practice group overviews.

We aim to answer some of your questions and show you how it can be done – as proven by nearly half of our Trainee Solicitors! Studies have uncovered the disproportionate stress suffered by members of the LGBT+ community within the workplace caused by the feeling of having to hide their identity at work. We want to change that. Hear the stories of LGBTQ+ lawyers at Baker McKenzie and ask any questions you have. The day includes interactive workshops, practice group overviews, application tips and the opportunity to network with Partners, Associates and Trainee Solicitors.
